From releasing emotions I began to notice life from a deeper awareness. A freedom with "learned wisdom", and a deeper discovery of innate wisdom. This project is to invite humankind to notice the 'freedomind moment' at any time of the day or night. Noticing what is clear beyond the days issues or non issues. A moment to simply stop and tune into a deeper inherent wisdom that is always present yet sometimes appears covered over, or is unnoticed. A clear "peaceness", beneath beyond.
It is hoped that through noticing human nature from a deeper level, ultimately one can be realizing recognizing and resonating with safe harm free mutuality , especially in any relationship, personal or professional, thereby eliminating any occurrence of relationship trauma before it occurs.

When viewing the visual below you can simply enjoy as a relaxing moment from your perception. Or you can do this small exercise. Take a moment if you can to simply be comfortable When observing the visual below "sky peace dove" can you take the time to notice, that which is moving and that which is still. This stillness allows for any movement. Movement of thought/thinking ... through the body/mind as a thought appears and disappears. Just simply take the time to notice this stillness, as best you can, at anytime during the day or evening, a clearing, beyond in any moment! Also allow yourself to enjoy any thinking too, or any 'e-motion' if it arises ... for it is just energy in motion.
