What are the gains from enhancing my ability to release feelings with The Sedona Method - the how to 'let go' ?

There have been many gains experienced by people from all over the world who have committed to discovering a deeper truth to who they really are. Yet, I will just note the ones here, that have been most prominent over the years since first being introduced to the emotional release method at a Breakthough to Success event by Mr Jack Canfield in 2006.
Although most gains just appear to be quite natural to every day living now, the gains listed below are what was noted from the past, having loved applying The Sedona Method resource through attending live retreats, coaching and telesiminars via the internet, and helping others to do the same via my own coaching.
I noticed fear which was often at the bottom of the anxiety and panic attacks, could be dissolved. Fear can manifest itself through wanting to be separate, a feeling of being controlled by _________, a wanting to have greater security. I noticed all this could be dissolved, gently without forcing, and with sometimes a whole lot of laughter. Yes, it may seem hard to believe which is why it is encouraged to experience this resource and coaching for yourself. It is the only way to discover if it is true for you too. With deeper issues it is recommended to experience live retreats but at the same time I would not place limits on the gains of releasing via the internet especially on every day living. I wrote an ebook on true life experiences, with the help of an internet teleseminar series by Hale Dwoskin Lead Trainer of Sedona Training Associates back in Jan 2010.
I have noticed on some occasions that there is outrageous joy where previously there had been extreme angst. I have never laughed so much and for so long. I was unaware that there was so much laughter within around the particular issue that arose at the time. Really though, it is the serene peace that is noted as laughter subsides that brings the effortlessness about daily living and a greater clarity and inner freedom when choosing or not choosing!!
I gained a deeper thorough understanding why feelings were arising and the motive beneath. I have found this very effective to experience now when in the presence of company. There is a deeper knowingness on emotions such as love, trust and joy. A deeper knowing of what serves the body, mind, soul and taking the steps with greater ease for having that as best can be. Being the self love that I am it is a much more empowered and freer place to live from , especially when it comes to relationships. Knowing how to release if ever any "unwants" arise, is a blessing too.
There is a more natural self confidence and self esteem, abundant energy and well being. Creativity is profound and limitless. Sleep is deeper and feels more complete. It is truly a blessing to have the opportunity to have discovered a deeper truth beneath the surface of who and what I am.
